1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on sky999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are registering as an individual in your own name, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

• You have not previously had a sky999 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

1.2 Registration Process

You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. sky999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your national ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — to verify your identity at any point.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

1.3 Account Credentials

Upon registration you will create a username and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify sky999 at [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. sky999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sky999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

2.2 Deposits

All deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your sky999 account balance in real time upon confirmation of the mobile money transaction. sky999 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard mobile wallet deposits; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account.

sky999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit transaction and may request documentation evidencing the source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in the deposit being withheld pending investigation.

2.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may vary. sky999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

sky999 reserves the right to perform identity and fraud verification checks before processing any withdrawal. 2.4 Currency

Any account found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

3.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the time limit stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. 4.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral Bangladesh Tigers series — are governed by the specific rules published on the relevant betting market at the time of placement. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, sky999's rules for void markets will apply and stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. sky999's decision on the settlement of all markets is final.

4.3 Casino Games
